Traffic Complaint Form

    This email account is only monitored Monday-Friday from 8:00 am — 5:00 pm, excluding holidays. If your incident requires immediate attention, please call the non-emergency phone number at 503-629-0111. Otherwise, your email will be addressed by someone within the next few business days.
  2. The Beaverton Police Traffic Division is dedicated to the three “E’s” of traffic safety: Education, Engineering, and Enforcement. If you have a traffic complaint and would like a member of the Traffic Division to address the problem, please complete this form.

    It is useful for us to have some way of contacting you if we have additional questions concerning your complaint. By completing this form as fully as possible, the Traffic Supervisor can best address how to correct the complaint.
