Downtown Retail Opportunities

The City of Beaverton works with businesses and property owners in the downtown area to develop it as a viable place to do business, live, work, recreate, and shop. Efforts include overseeing the Beaverton Main Street Program, fostering partnerships with local non-profit organizations, providing assistance for existing businesses, developing programs and planning projects, and recruiting new businesses.
Downtown Beaverton is located near public transportation with walkable, business-lined streets and beautiful parks, public art, and historical buildings. It is home to the Beaverton Farmers Market and has a growing trade area pulling from outside city limits.
This Storefront is NOT empty, it is FULL of Possibilities!
