Purpose: The Beaverton International Celebration now in it’s ninth year, provides an opportunity for
ethnic/cultural organizations to engage with the community through music, performances, arts, crafts, sharing
of information and more in a respectful and inclusive way. We offer tabling space for groups and organizations to
promote their activities and information.
Tabling groups are prohibited from selling any items or services at the event.

All applicants are subject to review and conformity to the mission of Beaverton International Celebration Festival which is to inform, entertain and foster curiosity, learning and fun in an inclusive and respectful manner as we celebrate Beaverton’s ethnic / racial / cultural diversity.

Note: All information materials will be sent via email. Please submit a working email address. We can mail materials to you upon request, but email is preferred.
Participant Expectations: The celebration is meant to inform, entertain and foster curiosity, learning and fun in an inclusive and respectful manner. First and foremost, the event provides an opportunity for organizations and groups to share with attendees as we celebrate our community’s racial/ethnic diversity. This event is not a forum to oppose or promote political, religious, social or other related topics.
Please be prepared to stay for the entire duration of the event from 12 to 4 pm.
Tables & Chairs: Each group will receive (1) 6 foot x 2.5 foot table and (2) chairs at no cost. Please specify below if you need any additional tables, chairs or other accommodations. We will do our best to accommodate, but space is limited. If you do not specify additional needs in the application, we may not be able to provide these additional needs during the event.
Space available: Space is limited to the few feet available around your table area. Please respect neighboring booths and share the space in a cooperative manner. Groups that violate this expectation may be asked to leave.
Venue setup: The Beaverton International Celebration will be located at Conestoga Rec Center - 9985 SW 125th Ave, Beaverton, OR 970083. Tabling booths may be located either inside our outside.
Please specify if you prefer to be located inside, outside, or no preference. (Groups located outside will be provided a 10 x 10 foot tent upon request.)
Sales Policy: Beaverton International Celebration Festival is a publicly sponsored, non-commercial event, whose primary objective is cross-cultural exchange. Sales of any items or services from tabling groups are prohibited at this event. If you are interested in selling items, the Beaverton Night Market event is a more appropriate event.
