Garden Locations

The city currently has three garden sites.

Community Center Gardens

  • Location: Fifth Street and Hall Boulevard, behind the Beaverton Community Center
  • Number of Spaces: 22 garden plots and 20 raised beds
  • Plot Map: Community Center Gardens
  • Owned by the City
  • Due to a senior affordable housing project on 5th, the current garden season is expected to be the last for this location. The city is in the process of determining next steps. Kennedy Gardens

  • Location: 103rd Avenue and Kennedy Street
  • Number of Spaces: 92 garden plots
  • Plot Map: Kennedy Gardens
  • Owned by St. Matthew Lutheran Church
    • Property has been lent to the community for more than 15 years
    • There is the possibility the church may decide to develop the property and gardeners would be asked to remove all materials and return the space to its natural state. They are required to inform the City of such decision by October of the year prior.
