Downtown Parking is a combination of:
- On-street parking with time limitations
- Private, off-street parking for specific business
- Public parking lots
- Permit parking for employees and residents in the area

Parking permits are available to people who live or work in downtown. The permits allow for overtime parking only in specific areas. See the Beaverton Downtown Parking Permit District Map Opens a New Window. for permit parking lots and street locations.
Downtown Employee Parking Permits
Downtown employee parking permits are available for $30 per quarter and can
be purchased at:

Or by calling 503-526-2257. Be sure to inform staff of your mailing address. Your parking permit will be mailed to you within one business day.
Residential Parking Permits
Residential parking permits are free of charge. Residents must supply proof of residency within the downtown area before receiving a parking permit. Proof of address can be any of the following:
- Home title
- Lease agreement
- Utility bill
Permits can be picked up at the address above.
Due Dates, Fine Amounts & Discounts
Citations paid within 14 calendar days of issue date: $25
Citations paid after 14 calendar days of issue date: $45
Please note fine amounts for parking in an ADA space without a valid ADA placard, blocking an ADA space and blocking a fire hydrant are different than the amounts listed above.

All payments are processed through the Beaverton Municipal Court.
Online: pay your parking citation online via credit or debit card. To make an online payment, you will need to have your citation number and license number of the vehicle cited.
By mail: Include the citation number and vehicle license plate number with your payment. Please make checks payable to Beaverton Municipal Court. Cash is not accepted by mail.

Beaverton Central District Public Parking Garage
The new public District Garage is planned adjacent to The Round in Beaverton Central to accommodate downtown visitors. Planning and design is in coordination with the Patricia Reser Center for the Arts and will be funded by the Beaverton Urban Redevelopment Agency (BURA).
After Hours Public Parking Program
Looking for a place to park in Old Town? The Beaverton Downtown Association’s After Hours Public Parking Program is a partnership with local businesses to provide additional public parking opportunities in private parking lots and easier access to evening activities, including terrific restaurants, shops, and entertainment options.
The City of Beaverton does not manage private off-street parking lots and garages.
