Characteristics: Leaves are light green turning to yellow in fall. This tree is similar to Sugar Maple but is more resistant to heat and drought.

Uses: Good for narrow setbacks, and tight situations where room allows on arterial, collector and residential streets. Even though narrow, this tree will grow quite large.
