Attention! Due to staffing constraints, the passport window maybe closed on short notice. So please check the updated closure schedule below before you come.

CLOSURE SCHEDULE

**THE WINDOW WILL BE CLOSED 5/21/13 through 5/28/13**
The Finance Department processes passport applications Tuesday through Friday from 12:00 noon to 4:30 pm. The passport office is closed on Mondays.

We provide this service on a first-come, first-served basis. Please take a number when you arrive and be prepared to wait for your turn.

Please be aware that on school holidays, school service days or Friday afternoons our customer volume can increase dramatically. On these or other heavy volume days we may have to cease distributing numbers earlier than normal in order to accommodate our waiting customers during our processing hours, so please arrive early (before 3:45 pm) especially on those days. Please accept our apologies if we have to assist you on another day.

Other passport acceptance facilities are available. Please contact them directly for the hours and times when they provide their services.
