There are a variety of resources available to members of our community to address fair housing and other issues that may arise in a rental situation.

Fair Housing Complaints

Resources
  • The Community Alliance of Tenants (CAT) provides a number of resources to residents including information about renter’s rights, how to work with your landlord, and how to find housing. CAT also has a renters’ rights hotline (503) 288-0130.
  • Legal Aid offers low-income Oregonians some legal services and is also a great information resource regarding many tenant / landlord issues. Call the tenant hotline at the Washington County Legal Aid office at (503) 648-7723, Monday and Wednesday, 9:00 am to noon.
