The Beaverton Police Department's Administrative Bureau is led by Captain Jeffrey Williams. The Bureau employs 29 sworn and non-sworn personnel assigned throughout the Crime Analysis Division, Training & Professional Standards Division, and Records Division. The Bureau also oversees budgeting, payroll/purchasing, accreditation, grant management, and the department’s alarms program.

Training & Professional Standards Division
The Training & Professional Standards Division conducts an average of about 100 Professional Standards reviews yearly, which includes citizen complaints, use of force reviews, and other administrative reviews. The Training & Professional Standards Division also provides a yearly average of nearly 30,000 hours of training to department personnel.

Records Division
The Records Division processes all citations (traffic, criminal, and parking) and related reports, which often includes the transcription of tapes for officers and detectives. Yearly, the Records Division issues over 9,100 case numbers, processes over 57,000 reports, processes over 20,000 citations, and has over 94,000 interpersonal citizen contacts.
