Private Hauler Franchise System
A private hauler franchise system is in place within the City of Beaverton. This means that within City limits, seven garbage haulers operate within specified geographical service areas to serve the residents. The City Solid Waste and Recycling Department sets the rates and service standards for these private hauling companies.

A property owner must contact the appropriate hauler to set up garbage services.
