Web Services

The Web Services program is responsible for providing high quality, cost effective Web and information services to the Beaverton Community, visitors, businesses and employees of the City of Beaverton.

This program represents a central point for all of the City’s Web site services, for the Internet Web site, the City’s internal Intranet, Beaverton Police and Library Web sites. The program is responsible for maintenance and administration of all aspects of the Web site, gathering content from city departments, designing and publishing the Web site, installation and administration of the Web server and software as well as security services related to the Web. Standards, procedures and documentation for Web services are established and adhered to in order to provide a cost-effective solution that promotes communication between the City and its citizens.
