Customer Service

Our utility billing department is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If your water is provided by the City of Beaverton, please call (503) 526-2257 to start or stop your service.

You may also call this number if you have a question about your City of Beaverton residential or commercial water, sewer, or storm water bill.

Payment Options

Currently the City of Beaverton does not provide online payment system of water utility bills. However, direct debit is available.

Direct Debit

The City of Beaverton is now offering direct debit services for payment of your utility services bill. With this service your bank account will be automatically debited each month on your due date for the amount of your current bill or your current balance, whichever is lower.

If you would like to take part in this service, please complete the Withdrawal Authorization form. Send the authorization form along with a voided check to:

Do not send the form with your monthly payment. Please be aware that your account must have a zero balance before this service can begin.

8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday—Friday

You can pay in person at the City of Beaverton’s Finance Department located on the second floor at City Hall. There is also an after-hours green depository box located in the parking lot outside the front of City Hall.
