Hours of Operation

Important: The Finance Department processes passport applications daily (M–F) from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. This service is provided on a first come/first serve basis. Please take a number when you arrive and be prepared to wait for your turn. Depending on the volume of applicants, your wait time could be lengthy. Due to the increased demand for passports, we may have days when we must limit the number of applicants we can process on a day. On days when school is not in session (Spring Break, in-service days, Christmas vacation) we have experienced a high volume of applicants. On these days we will limit the number of applicants to 35 and will only process the first 35 customers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and we thank you for your patience during these heavy volume days.
