Note: No Execution fee is charged when adults 16 and over with fully valid passport books apply for the passport card using a DS-82 form.

Optional Services:

• Expedite Fee:   $60.00 per application

• Overnight Delivery:  
  • $16.25 each way from Beaverton (payable to City of Beaverton)
  • $14.85 from State Department (payable to U.S. Department of State)

The payment MUST be in the form of a CHECK or MONEY ORDER payable to U.S. Department of State. There is also a separate execution fee of $25 per application, payable to the City of Beaverton.
