Risk Management

As part of the Human Resources Division, Risk Management is responsible for the administration of liability claims asserted by third parties; workers compensation claims; and claims for damage to or loss of City-owned property.

The Risk Manager is responsible for assuring that all claims made for or against the City are processed in a timely manner in accordance with applicable regulations or statutes. Risk Management provides for the processing of claims made against the City for personal injury or property damage caused by City workers.
