The agreement allows Portland General Electric to use public right of way and City-controlled public property for its electric power and light distribution.
City of Beaverton Agrees to New Public Right-of-Way Franchise with PGE The Beaverton City Council approved a new franchise agreement with PGE on November 30, 2009. The agreement allows Portland General Electric to use public right of way and City-controlled public property for its electric power and light distribution.
