BEAVERTON, Ore. – The Rise Old Town, a new apartment building in downtown Beaverton, will celebrate its grand opening Wednesday, May 31.
The event will feature a reception with refreshments and building tours from 3 to 5 p.m. A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 3:30 p.m.
The new 3.5 story building, located at 4545 SW Angel Ave in Beaverton, features 87 market-rate apartments. The public-private partnership was supported by $350,000 in transit oriented development grant funds from Metro, as well as investment from the City of Beaverton and tax abatement from the State of Oregon.
