114th Ave 12-inch Waterline - CIP 4139

Project Description:

 Replace 684 feet of existing 8-inch cast iron waterline with 12-inch ductile iron pipe and associated structures.

Project Status:

 The replacement of the 8-inch waterline is needed due to age/condition and to prevent future dig-ups of the street pavement and base rock to be installed by the new Cracker Barrel/Marriott development.  City Council awarded the contract to Trench Line Excavation (TLX) on October 16, 2016 in the amount of $212,804.  TLX will begin work on November 14, 2016.  Traffic on 114th Avenue will be one way northbound during the 3 week construction period.
